Trouver Sa Place, Trouver Son Lieu
A space isn’t just an address or a surface. It’s an atmosphere, a light, a rhythm. A place that we choose as much as it chooses us, that resonates with a personal history and a way of inhabiting the world.

From Fashion and Luxury to Real Estate: A Red Thread
Marie grew up in Nice, but her studies took her to Paris, where she explored law, communications and brand strategy. From the Sorbonne to CELSA, viaESCP Business School and theInstitut Français de la Modeeach enriches her vision of value perception, image building and user experience.
Marie spent several years in luxury retail consultancy, designing retail spaces for Richemont, LVMH… Working on thecustomer experience in stores where every detail counts taught her an essential lesson: first impressions are decisive. A place can captivate immediately or go unnoticed, depending on how it is staged.
Then, her desire to experiment in new ways led her to run a Made in France designer label, with collections presented at Paris and Tokyo Fashion Weeks.

Understand a market, position an offer, reveal a product… Create places and objects that make sense, trigger an emotion and find their audience.

Real estate came naturally to Marie. What has always fascinated her is not simply selling a property, but understanding what makes a place work, attract people and become a real living space. His passions
Italian cinema of the 70s: Fellini, Antonioni, Dino Risi… A raw and poetic aesthetic.
Literature and poetry: Maya Angelou, Mary Oliver, stories that capture a place and time.
Architecture: Observing details, understanding what makes a space unique, but also rediscovering ancestral techniques for naturally regulating the temperature and comfort of living spaces. Mediterranean architecture is full of examples where local materials, building orientation and air circulation created sustainable habitats long before the age of climate control.
