Trouver Sa Place, Trouver Son Lieu

A space isn’t just an address or a surface. It’s an atmosphere, a light, a rhythm. A place that we choose as much as it chooses us, that resonates with a personal history and a way of inhabiting the world.

Un Autre Regard sur l’Immobilier

“They say you make a decisive move when you have a house of your own.”

– Jane Birkin by Agnès Varda

Buying real estate is rarely a simple, rational choice. It’s a decision that marks a turning point, an attachment to a place, a projection into a space that will become the setting for a chapter in your life. A property, whatever it may be, tells a story– the story of its walls, its architecture, and the people who live there. It’s this human and cultural dimension that fascinates us about spaces.

From Fashion and Luxury to Real Estate: A Red Thread

Marie grew up in Nice, but her studies took her to Paris, where she explored law, communications and brand strategy. From the Sorbonne to CELSA, viaESCP Business School and theInstitut Français de la Modeeach enriches her vision of value perception, image building and user experience.

Marie spent several years in luxury retail consultancy, designing retail spaces for Richemont, LVMH… Working on thecustomer experience in stores where every detail counts taught her an essential lesson: first impressions are decisive. A place can captivate immediately or go unnoticed, depending on how it is staged.

Then, her desire to experiment in new ways led her to run a Made in France designer label, with collections presented at Paris and Tokyo Fashion Weeks.

Understand a market, position an offer, reveal a product… Create places and objects that make sense, trigger an emotion and find their audience.

Why real estate?

After fifteen years in Paris, Marie felt the need to return to the Côte d’Azur. Here, she found fascinating light and architectural diversity, where the heritage of the Riviera, modernity andMediterranean influence meet. Each place has its own atmosphere, its own way of asserting itself or revealing itself.

Real estate came naturally to Marie. What has always fascinated her is not simply selling a property, but understanding what makes a place work, attract people and become a real living space. It’s about offering comprehensive support, because finding a property is only the first step. Imagining its potential, designing its layout and transforming it if necessary– this is what gives a successful project its full value.

His Perfect Day

Explore places like Cap ModerneEileen Gray’s villa in Roquebrune… The Côte d’Azur abounds in architectural and cultural treasures, but what makes it unique is the way these spaces remain intimate and unspoilt, far removed from the big exhibitions. Here, artists have left a strong imprint, an imagination that continues to influence perceptions of the region.

His passions

📽 Italian cinema of the 70s: Fellini, Antonioni, Dino Risi… A raw and poetic aesthetic.

📚 Literature and poetry: Maya Angelou, Mary Oliver, stories that capture a place and time.

🏛 Architecture: Observing details, understanding what makes a space unique, but also rediscovering ancestral techniques for naturally regulating the temperature and comfort of living spaces. Mediterranean architecture is full of examples where local materials, building orientation and air circulation created sustainable habitats long before the age of climate control.

A Quote

“I got up from my bed, opened the shutters and the sea and sky threw the same blue, the same pink, the same happiness in my face.”

– Françoise Sagan, Bonjour Tristesse
