Real Estate Sales
A fixed rate of 5% incl. VAT ( 4.17% excl. VAT) on all our sales, regardless of the amount of the transaction.
Real Estate Hunting For Individuals & Investors
We’ll find you the ideal property, whether it’s your main residence, a vacation home on the Côte d’Azur or a profitable rental investment. Thanks to our expertise and network, we can uncover exclusive opportunities, even off-market, to bring your project to fruition.
For private customers: Find your dream home stress-free, with tailor-made support from the initial scouting to the signing of the contract.
For investors: We select strategic properties and take care of furnishing and decorating to maximize your profitability and increase the seasonal rental rebooking rate.
Our fees are 3% of the transaction amount, but in most cases you won’t be charged any additional fees when we work with another agency, thanks to our fee-sharing arrangement.

Interior design & home staging


Design phase
Atmosphere boards First sketch, defining the project’s atmosphere through colors, materials and inspirations.
Avant-Projet Sommaire (APS) Proposal of initial spatial intentions with plans, sketches and layout principles.
Avant-Projet Définitif (APD ) Refinement of details with precise technical drawings, choice of materials and validation of the final concept before the start of construction.

Site preparation phase

Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE ) Preparation of detailed plans, specifications and administrative documents to enable companies to provide precise costings for the project.
Company selection Analysis of quotations, negotiation and selection of service providers based on quality, costs and deadlines.
Planning and organization: Setting up a precise schedule and coordinating all participants to guarantee an optimized worksite.
This phase ensures that the work proceeds efficiently, on budget and on time.

Site supervision
Once the work has begun, rigorous monitoring ensures that the project is properly executed:
Coordination of contractors: Organization and supervision of the various trades to ensure smooth progress.
- Checking conformity: Regular checks to ensure that plans, materials and finishes comply with specifications.
- Handling the unexpected: Quick adjustments and decisions to avoid delays and ensure the quality of the final product.
- Intermediate acceptance: milestones to validate each phase before site handover.
